InnAir - Travel Booking App

In this project, I designed the app's functionality and overall interface while focusing on the booking experience.

I proceeded by drawing out the requirements and the project roadmap, planned a series of user interviews with several potential users. After the analysis stage, I then used affinity diagrams to illustrate key emerging concepts and then discussed the findings with the team.

Following these steps, it became evident that the most important features are flexibility in terms of choosing extra services during the booking process and ensuring the price updates reflect choices in real time.

Once the main areas to address were identified, I moved on to flow diagrams and user journeys to define the steps, and features to be included. After several iterations, the hand-drawn sketchesprovided a visual representation of all the elements I needed to include. Later on, the wireframes allowed to quickly visualize the layout with all the included features to share with developers.
