Overview
The Market Performance Suite helps businesses such as pharmacies and retail operations respond better to customers, improve product specifications and design, take corrective action, and close gaps in product performance.
During the entire design process, I worked with business and product teams to better understand the problems we needed to solve. I gathered and analyzed data, created personas, flow charts, diagrams, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and assisted the engineering teams with assets and functional specifications to ensure the coded interfaces matched the intended experience.
